Add double the traction to your diaphragm stretch for added resilience in the ribs, spine, and lungs. To progress your Diaphram Vacuum to its maximum challenge, come to your back and reach for the corners of your mat. This version asks you to hold your bridge and straighten both legs to create the maximal fascial stretch of your inner body.
