Lay face down on the floor to map the circumference of your breath and enhance your skills of proprioception and interoception. Draw attention to the tone of the most prominent muscle of respiration by pressing a Coregeous Ball into the costal margins along the undersides of the rib cage. From this access point, breathe in and familiarize yourself with the movement of the superior border of your diaphragm.
