Let’s balance on one foot while we adduct like crazy. That’s my rename for this strange and wonderful pose that puts so many limbs akimbo, and yet teaches us to find a way to assemble and balance. If your knees or single leg balancing have been the obstacle for you in practicing tree, this class gives you some new modification options for success.
