In Mentor Session 1 of the Evolution Series, the focus is on classes 1-4. This set was inspired by archetypes of the sagittal plane from the curl of the embryo to the unfurl of a seahorses tail to the stability of standing equipoise in between. This quartet of classes will enhance your sense of the sagittal. We’ll explore the importance of the sequencing of these classes individually and collectively and address your questions. Jill discusses the creation of Yoga Tune Up® and reviews its maxims. She answers questions from series participants on regressing poses, flipping poses, glute decoupling and other great topics. Jill breaks down Tubular Core – a highly utilized YTU Core exercise.
