In Mentor Session 2 of the Evolution Series, the focus is on classes 5-8. The four classes grouped for this mentorship session are inspired by themes in the frontal plane. Hips, shoulders and core are pressured from side to side to refine the lateral boundaries of your body so that your confidence here is boundless. We’ll explore the importance of the sequencing of these classes individually and collectively and address your questions. Jill answers questions from series participants on diaphragm vacuum, muscle cramping, class cueing, and discusses shoulder positioning. Jill shows a modification for Chaturanga using the Coregeous Ball to help build push strength.
This session is based on the following 4 classes. We recommend you view these classes prior to watching this Mentor Session.
- The Leg Stretch Series – Lying Around is Hard Work
- Triangle – You’re So Much More than 3 Sides
- Chaturanga- The Power of the Push
