In Mentor Session 3 of the Evolution Series, the focus is on the classes 9-12. The full house of poses pay homage to the transverse plane. We’ll review rotating joints and rotation prevention, as well as the complex shapes that are suggested in these classical yoga postures. Youll journey through them in a neo-classical way, respecting the limits and gifts of your structure. We’ll explore the importance of the sequencing of these classes individually and collectively, and address your questions. Jill creates a short sequence to improve shoulder range of motion.
