In Mentor Session 4 of the Evolution Series, the focus is on the classes 13-16. The Evolution Series begins with standing on your feet, and winds down with standing on your hands until you are ushered to sleep. This quad of classes includes mountains of novelty that build on all the lessons you’ve integrated over the past 4 months. Your embodied competence skyrockets and frees you to play, sit and rest. We’ll explore the importance of the sequencing of these classes individually and collectively and address your questions.
