Release tension in the back and core with simple but effective movements that relax the mind and body with a rocking groove. Take a superficial approach to deep discomfort by hooking the heels into the floor to powerfully wiggle, jiggle, and nourish fascia from the inside out.
Fascial Rocks on Floor add glide in forward-bending movements by slip-and-sliding the superficial back fascial sheath away from the deeper interconnected soft tissue layers of the posterior, tubular core, and bones.
