After doing the FLOOR FORCES class, we recommend you also do the following classes from the Library:
DOWNWARD DOG class pairs beautifully with FLOOR FORCES as a complement and a contrast. the DOWNWARD DOG class has abundant rolling that will prime you for the mobility needs of the Floor class. It also weaves in a short wall series that creates some oppositional gravity play.
