Glute weakness is very common. After all, the majority of our days are spent sitting, squishing and lengthening this most powerful muscle in human primates. Waking up your glutes includes resensitizing them so that you can feel the action they create. Glute awakening also means challenging their function. This class is an on-ramp to help your glutes step into a bigger and better sense of how they support your hip, pelvis, and spine.

Chairs do not have to be the end zone for your bottom. Now that your Glutes are alert, teach them to use a chair for strength, rather than for nap time.
