Spend time listening to and perceiving your gut feeling by gently supporting your undercarriage with a Coregeous Ball. Lay on your side and drape the soft underside of your belly over the ball. Allow yourself to rest, feeling into the flow of breath gently rumbling and massaging of the organs and viscera bound within the the peritoneal fascia.
