In this 30 Min Rollout Class titled: Helpful Hands: A Digital Tune Up, Jill takes you through a much needed tune up of our overused fingers, wrists and palms. Our digital dependence is at an all-time high. This Rollout unglues ‘cell phone claw’ and helps our hands feel human again. It is a reset you can practice multiple times throughout the day to free the mobility of your hands, fingers and wrists.

There are so many benefits to this practice! Tune up to mobilize finger joints for ease of movement and newfound strength and help tech-bound wrists to improve range of motion.

Each of Jill’s 30 minute rollout classes hones in on hot-spots like your texting thumb, grinding jaw, sleepy bottom or that ache in the neck. It guides you through highly targeted massage of local areas that lead to global improvements throughout your body. These Rollouts leave no body part untouched as you cycle through new parts each week.
