High intensity work helps your body evolve robust elasticity. HIIT can be done with full-throttle intensity to leave you breathless- but if you’re a bit squeam-ish about that, HIIT- ish can help you with a safe on-ramp. This class targets the shoulders, spine, neck and core. You won’t just break a sweat, you’ll also explore a precovery warmup and rolling recovery.
