As a young hip replacement recipient, I carefully engaged in muscle building practices to prepare my hips for surgery and to foster repair post-operatively. This class collects moves that are helpful to your hips for maintaining robust strength at every angle. Class includes: dynamic and isometric challenges, single leg work and of course, self- myofascial release. Tap into your hip strength and mobility and revisit this class on the regular to assess your hip competency.
