Your iliacus is like an oyster embedded into the smooth curve on the front of your pelvic bone. It conducts multiple actions for your pelvis and thigh and tends to be overshadowed by its close buddy, the psoas. This class will attempt to put a spotlight on this hidden gem of locomotion and stability. Learn to roll it, lengthen it and strengthen it.
