In my prime yoga-only days, the quest for stretch left my inner thighs weakened and dysfunctional. This was back in the era of “open your hips” which was truly an abomination to human anatomy. Building inner thigh strength can’t solve all the problems in the world, but thigh power will give you fuel to tackle them.
After doing the Inner Thigh Power class, we recommend you do the following class from the library:
This is not an easy pair, but it will certainly cause some adaptation and hypertrophy (muscle growth) in your lower body.
