Much of your lymphatic system is embedded in the fatty layers of your body directly beneath the skin. This same spongy-zone is also laced with a robust fascial layer known as superficial fascia. Rollouts stimulate and mobilize BOTH lymphatics and fascia. This class aims to disentangle terminology while helping you embody a gentle lymphatic sweep throughout the more superficial zones of your body. This class brings more calm into your body and enhances mobility in a pain-free way.
This class is safe for people who have breast implants with no pain.
