This is a quickie to improve glide in and around your knee joint. For comprehensive knee pain relief, it’s also prudent to address the hip and ankle, but the tissues local to the knee are also a critical part of resolving an aggravated knee. This class has 5 targeted rollouts to satisfy your KNEEDS.
These techniques are OK for knee replacement or going towards knee replacement.
