Create added space in the hip flexor-diaphragm relationship and passively decompress the spine. Press your extended hip foot into the wall while uplifting your sacrum with a Coregeous ball. This variation uplevels your Knee to Chest exercise that takes added effort, but yields an extra sense of release.
Knee to Chest at Wall on Coregeous places you in a gentle downslope position that triggers your relaxation response to help you let go of your hip flexors, your spirit, and your inner chatter.
