The KneeHab programs are a series of 4 routines that progressively improve how your knee functions and feels by integrating massage, mobility and strength work.
The videos begin with Prehab 1 for a pampering massage that stimulates the muscles of the hips, knees and ankles.
KneeHab1 is performed seated in a chair and guides you through essential exercises to gain control in the muscles of your legs and ankles.
KneeHab 2 productively challenges the muscles around the hips, knees and ankles in every range of motion.
KneeHow is more advanced as it integrates movement skill at your knee with your entire body to restore your capacity for power and performance.
