Tone and strengthen the ankles, knees and hips, and experience how to integrate movement from your knee to your core. The exercises in this video will bring stability, mobility and agility to every part of your leg from ankle to hip in order to help your knee work well with your entire body.
The knee’s structure requires muscular elasticity and strength in the hamstrings and quads in order to allow the joint to track well with movement. This video will help to tone and lengthen every side of the knee joint to help restore balance so your knees are ready for action.
