This KneeHow class will help you build power, strength and agility for athletic performance by strengthening the low back, abdominals and hips. These moves will help your body to make use of more muscles, further integrating your knee function within your whole body system.
These movements oscillate between deep stretches and dynamic strength building maneuvers to inspire continuity from the upper body to the lower body.
