“Now twist and detox your organs.” If I had a dollar for all the TALK SINS that I’ve squeezed out of my body while doing twists, I would be a very purged person indeed. Rotation is cleansing for your body, though likely not purifying in the way fitness culture frequently suggests. This class explores the origin of this myth and leads you through the twists and turns of your body, joint by joint, to feel how rotation fills you up rather than wrings you out.
