This LIVE Interactive Class is focused on topics chosen by Series participants including Extracorporeal Shockwave Pulse Activation, ankle joint restrictions, building up to jumping and classes for breast cancer recovery. Jill demonstrates a rollout for the adductor canal and discusses the study of mindfulness meditation vs. breathing techniques. Jill facilitates the Exhale Test for Assessing Recovery.

This session is based on the following 4 classes. We recommend you view these classes prior to watching this Mentor Session.
