Lower Crossed Syndrome is a well studied pattern in the pelvis, low back, abdomen and hips. This pattern classically outlines over taut hip flexor muscles along with hypertonic low back muscles resulting in a pelvis tipped chronically in anterior tilt. Weak abdominal and buttock muscles follow suit. This class leads you through specific rolling for each group of muscles and their fascia to give your body a vacation from this pattern.
