In this 30 Min Rollout Class titled: Lymph Along: Map and Mobilize Your Lymphatics, Jill takes you through a gentle full body lymphatic massage. Lymph is a special distillation of cells and fluids that act as a network to keep you free from harmful microbes. Your lymph vessels are unique in that they rely on pressure coming from both inside and outside of you to direct the flow like motion of lymph. This class will help you map and mobilize your lymph, helping you become your own best immune booster.

Each of Jill’s 30 minute rollout classes hones in on hot-spots like your texting thumb, grinding jaw, sleepy bottom or that ache in the neck.
