This upper back self massage sequence will help you dive deeply into the muscles at the top of the shoulder that dip all the way down your ribcage. Through this sequence discover veiled spaces and new ease all around your shoulders and spine for better mobility and easier breathing.
After you complete this sequence, sense and feel your breath capacity. Notice the weight of your body on your mat. Observe any changes you may experience in your mood, posture or movement.
