In This Live Interactive Call, Jill answers questions about adverse reactions with the Coregeous Ball (10:42), SI and Piriformis discomfort when doing backbend and splits (13.20), and a big toe injury and the feet (15:20). Jill works one-on-one in studio with a student working on a proprioceptive lag of the hamstrings in L-Pose, from an injury. Jill uses a series of closed chain positions to facilitate stimulation and wake up the neural components (23:16).
