The mentorship sessions are an interactive forum for queries, new research, and information for educators of all movement modalities and curious students. In this session, Jill answers questions about why she uses a breath hold in cueing with contract/relax (00:14:42) , whether or not to roll the achilles tendon when it’s sore (00:18:10), adjustments for external rotation in Down Dog (00:23:53), and forward bending with back at the wall (00:27:50). Jill does a double Coregeous Ball exercise for lung and diaphragm decongesting (35:22).
