This session was inspired by a Yoga Tune Up® class I taught on my son’s camping trip. When rolling around on the ground is too muddy, chairs or benches make an excellent class companion for whole body mobility. These moves are great for airport seats, hospital waiting rooms or other spaces where floor work is less than ideal.

If camping is on the agenda, you may also want to find some “in the tent” practices in case of rain. Continue an exploration that can support you if your are confined to seated environments.
