Jill answers questions on cueing for calf raises, pregnancy feet and foot massage during pregnancy, toe gripping, toe strengthening with therabands, the feedback loop between the feet and the brain, jumping and landing, terminal knee extension in gait, quad cramping and therapy ball rollouts and the elderly. Jill demonstrates metatarsal mobility exercises and dorsiflexion for pronation.
