Grab Bag classes were self chosen by students based on personal body blind spots. Topics discussed included terminal knee extension and quad cramping, off loading pressure when rolling the spine, when to roll and when to rest, how long to roll, working through all ranges of motion, mapping the body, ageing, connective tissue and rolling, restrictions with knee replacements. Jill demonstrates Neck Gnar with modifications.
