Questions include decoupling the scapula during spinal rotation, wrist extension exercises for pain, order of operations for rolling for a limited time, cueing, finding your sweet spot with Coregeous Balls on the rib cage, abdominal zipper. Jill demonstrates spinal undulation, gets specific with activation of the serratus anterior and demos a wall based rib cage release.
