Neck pain remains the single most requested class topic in the Move, Breathe, Roll classroom. I’m happy to oblige as years of dance, long held yoga poses and tech use have at times made my neck a wreck. Two things have helped my neck over time: consistent rolling and neck strengthening. This class pulls together rollouts and neck strengthening exercises to keep your neck in tune.
