Escape chronic chest and upper back tension, and find more freedom of movement and breath. This exercise helps you wind down while gently spinning and unwinding your shoulders. Rather than forcing mobility, lie back and circle through the shoulder joint to more effectively move tension from those impossible to massage places and unlock your full range of movement.
Passive Shoulder Circles – Snow Angels slowly engage, massage, and passively mobilize your shoulder joint while downregulating your nerves without any tension in your chest.
