Massage the space between pec major and pec minor to find more freedom of movement in the shoulders, neck, and breath. Tuck a therapy ball original or PLUS deep into the pocket at the fascial interface of the pecs. Then free your shoulder blades by reconnecting with your breath, allowing the sensations to be your guide to release from restrictive chest tension.
Pec Pocket opens you up to relaxation, accompanied by 360 degrees of joyful expansion for your breath and shoulders.
