This pelvic floor massage is a great rollout for back and hip pain, to improve hip range of motion, or for childbirth prep. Build your skills of proprioception and interoception sitting upright on a Coregeous Ball. Then, with enhanced awareness, target your self-massage deeper using a Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball along the sitz bones.
Pelvic Floor Self-Massage supports you in taking a seat and getting to know your pelvis. This rollout grants you greater access to expansive breath and sweeping mobility from down below.
