This sequence is designed to restore your swimmers body with the suppleness and fluidity it enjoys in the water. When we swim, our shoulders, hips and spine move repetitively for long durations of time. This routine will mobilize the joints in your trunk and pelvis, so you can enjoy a productive recovery and retain your capacity to move well after your swim.
