Upper body weakness is revealed in grip strength, but another critical life-saving measure is the ability to push your body weight away from the floor. The Push-Up used to be the exercise I dreaded in gym class above all others – I always felt so discombobulated. Once I invited my shoulders and core to be on the same team, my awkward Push-Up days were over. This class helps integrate core and shoulder girdle power so that your push resilience is unstoppable.
After doing the Prepare To Push Up! class, we recommend you do the following class from the library:
