Enhance the flexibility of your back and ribs by plowing therapy balls towards the center of your spine. Rake a set of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls or Therapy Ball Pluses from the side of the ribcage towards the groove on either side of the spine to stroke and retone the intercostals that criss-cross the ribs, as well as spinal erectors and superficial tissues of the back.
