Lengthen your low back and find more active engagement in the soft tissue along your side waist. This exercise details, and pins, spins, and mobilizes away lingering postural tension from your low back. To begin, travel an ALPHA Ball along the crest of the hip, and start to contract and settle in to a new sense of stretch along your Quadratus Lumborum.
QL Detail wrings out and mobilizes the soft tissues of the low back surrounding the QL, including the lats, obliques, spinal erectors, and your deep core.
