These moves will strengthen your legs and core by guiding you through a process that investigates every angle of your hip sockets. As you move through the sequence, learn methods to improve the core and hip relationship and facilitate greater capacity for movement.
This video takes a hard and soft approach alternating dynamic moves, static stretches and self massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.
