This short routine combines self massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls with dynamic strength building exercises to nurture mobility and strength in our hips and ease low back pain.
This program will help to energize the hip joints and legs with plenty of circulation. With practice these moves will help you build intrinsic strength deep in the hip sockets; a priority to offset the effects that sitting can have on the way our hips move and feel.
