This sequence will inspire a feeling of lightness and ease at the top of your shoulders and help your neck move better. These exercises utilize PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques to help improve your neck movement and coordination. These techniques create both stability and stretch into the muscle groups responsible for moving and holding your head over your shoulders.
After the movements, enjoy a deep tissue massage into your upper back. This will help support the places in your upper spine that take on the lion’s share of responsibility for poised upright posture.
