I am no stranger to insomnia, having struggled with it as a teen, meeting it again once I had children, and then rudely awakened by perimenopause. Over the years, I’ve curated a number of practices that put me and my students to rest. Be ready to BALL-doze while you engage in breath practices to empower-up your rest response.
