Down Dog is easily the most well known yoga pose on the planet, but it has been domesticated by multiple yoga tribes with often-times confusing and conflicting cues. This class aims to explain the actions and performance of Down Dog from a kinesiological and fascia-related point of view to help you build the Dog that fits. Build shoulder strength, increase mobility, and find new core endurance.
