Connect with every twist and turn of the deep respiratory core that surrounds the spine by taking an abdominal-thoracic breath into an active reversed twist. This advanced exercise rotates your thoracic vertebrae around and into a backbend that contracts and gently unwinds the tubular core.
Reverse Spinal Twist Backbend actively spins, and gently unfurls restriction in the breath and the deep core, including the psoas and deep spinal extensors. Take care to warm up before attempting this advanced exercise!
