Take a pause to step up and into rejuvenation by dividing your exhalation into separate phases that soothe the mind and body. Settle the sacrum onto a Coregeous Ball or the floor, and prepare to relax by taking a full inhale in and releasing your breath as three distinct parts.
Reversed 3 Step Breath disrupts your breath, and trains your power to pause, bear witness, and relax by focusing your attention on slowing, dividing, and strengthening your exhalation.
