Exaggerate your exhalation to build more resilience in your spirit, body, and in the elastic recoil of your ribcage. Replenish yourself more efficiently with effortless inhales by directing your focus on progressively deepening your exhalations out. This exercise exhausts the deep respiratory muscles used to breathe out to empower your breath in.
