Give yourself a hug to grant the vertebral joints more freedom in breath and movement. Rotate the back of the ribcage against a pair of toted or untoted therapy balls to stimulate spinal mobility, and support enhanced fluidity of movement in your diaphragm, ribs, and breath.
Rib Rock helps unlock the ribs and spine along the transverse plane, so you can find added rotation in movement and a new effortlessness in your breath.
